Our Vision is to be a safe and creative environment where Orphaned, Vulnerable Children and Youth are part of leadership to develop positive lifestyle.
Mission
To promote meaningful participation in making informed decisions and early detection about Health through Training and Education Which as a result will create employment.
Objectives
The following are the key objectives: “UNLOCKING POTENTIAL THROUGH SKILLS DEVELOPMENT”.
This project is two-fold:
- Firstly, our organisation has a community building dimension. Way forward serve as a center to improve the state of our communities in terms of Skills Development for Orphaned, Vulnerable children and Youth affected by HIV-AIDS.
Also those who are affected by Covid-19 pandemic and Youth from rehabilitations and place them for income generation projects, also empowering Women and older persons to be active participants in building the South African economy.
- Secondly, The center is aimed at improving people’s lives by providing needed skills program in the workforce.

Overview
Way Forward centre for community development established in 2016 May by founding director Mr Silas Gumede and Team in response to the massive impact of HIV/AIDS and Covid19 pandemic in communities.
